History

Istikbal was founded in 1957 in a small carpenter's workshop in Kayseri. The small workshop catered to the newly developing apartment and urban living by delivering high performance functional home furniture. Soon the workshop moved into a factory and expanded its production to include a wide range of living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, mattresses and bases.  By constantly gauging the consumer experience, the brand developed a wide spread sales network supported by stellar customer service and after sales service, creating a standard of excellence for the home furniture industry.   Evaluating the supply and demand balances in the market and constantly keeping the pulse of the consumer, Istikbal specialized its production for each furniture group and built up its know-how, and commitment to innovation.  By the end of the 90's, the brand was supported with giant integrated facilities in Kayseri, and a highly respected dealer network all over Turkey. At the same time the brand started building an impressive dealer network abroad.
